"Friendly staff and clean room"

"My boyfriend got locked out of his room one night and had to sleep in his truck because there was no one available to fix his key card until the mext day. That is horrible. Plus he told them he has to leave a couple days before the week we paid for was up. They didn't refund any of the days he wasn't there. Or compensate for the night he was locked out. Not good customer service."

"The home is nicely laid out. However, the home had not been deep cleaned in a while. It was obvious by dirty floors, silverware tray, dust,and previous pet stains in carpet."

"Customer service was horrible.. elevators were broken and only had rooms on 3rd floor... would have to pay almost 60 dollars extra a night for toom on the first floor... manager ahould have been more accommodating. "

"No clue. Office was closed when we arrived. Not able to access room. After hours line in box full so can’t reach anyone. Had to pay for another hotel as this place was non refundable."

"Great Stay for a Special Celebration!The house was very spacious and perfect for our family gathering. The furniture felt a bit small for the size of the home, but overall everything was comfortable and clean. The host was extremely accommodating — we accidentally left something behind, and she went out of her way to make sure we got it back. We truly appreciated her kindness.We enjoyed our stay as we celebrated my mom’s 75th birthday and created great memories together. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"
