“Room wasnt cleaned very well-trash in waste basket, leftovers in fridge, shower cra ked and dirty, blankets stained with sweatstains..breakfast was good and staff friendly..kids running up and down hall being loud late at night causing disturbance but overall ok..”

“Amazing yard for family gathering, football, wiffle ball, running, swinging, fishing, and fire pit! The kids loved the hot tub and pool/ping pong table and we were so comfortable in the kitchen and ALL gathering on the extra large dining table, island table and couch area to play games! The loft was great for the kids and the king bedrooms were very comfortable too! We had such a great time over Thanksgiving!”

“This place has so much potential, but sorry to say it falls short- very short! Our biggest problem with this rental was the overall lack of cleanliness and the misrepresentation of the unit. The pictures and the listed description absolutely do not truthfully represent the unit. It looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere, the outside cushions were all damp, moldy, and smelly. Tiki bar full of junk that was damp, moldy and full of cobwebs. The pathway lights down to the dock are ripped out and……

“Rest at Badin Lake was outstanding! The home was equipped with anything and everything one could need Out host was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, the view was perfect, and we enjoyed walking the boardwalk and walking to eat at Joeys. Highly recommend to anyone! Thank you for a wonderful stay! ”

“The structure is a modified shipping container, which folds out rather ingeniously to create a small but functional living space. The amenities fall a little short of what one might expect for a fully stocked lake house. However, it was clean, the AC cold and the shower hot so it fit our needs adequately.The host was available to answer questionsI might suggest curtains on the front glass wall for privacy in the bedroom.”
