“House was very clean upon arrival. Multiple A/C units kept house and bedrooms cool. Kitchen has all normal appliances you would expect. Rooftop deck with hammock. View is great. Ocean is your backyard along with private pool. Area seemed very safe. Driveway for parking. Town with grocery store is a 15 min drive. Smaller stores closer. I ate every morning across the street at ‘RISE’ bagel breakfast sandwich 6. Hotels (small boutique kind) next door and all along the road with great food. Mickeys……

“What a stunning property! My stay was peaceful, relaxing, and wonderfully private. The villa’s private pool was such a treat, and the location couldn’t have been better…tucked away enough to feel serene, yet still within walking distance of a charming bistro, bowling alley, and several other spots. Plus, it’s just a quick drive to Placencia. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return!”

“Wonderful stay. The house was spacious and beautiful. Our group of 8 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our own room and beds. Everything was clean and as pictured. Morning coffee and nightly nightcaps were enjoyed on the balcony and pool deck. The waterfall in the pool was a nice surprise. Minor issues were fixed quickly when reported to the host. The only hiccup was the WiFi didn’t work during our stay. That made communicating difficult while in the house. ”

“The Tuscan home was wonderful with lots of indoor and outdoor living space. The kitchen was the best-appointed I have ever seen in a VRBO - definitely everything you would want and in great condition. (If you want to cook it would be most convenient to go by a grocery store first). Although no air-conditioning the upstairs room cooled off adequately in the evenings with just the fan. We had kids sleeping downstairs where it was much warmer but it didn’t seem to bother them. The swimming hole was……

“This property/stay was just AMAZING from beginning to end! Arthur was truly awesome to work with and went above and beyond to mae our stay wonderful! He drove to his special spots to get fresh fruit for us!!! Who does that???!!!!!! And let me tell you how delicious it was!!!!!!! I enjoyed listening to his philosophy behind his choosing this property and why he designed the house the way he did! You can really see his heart and passion in it! “Beyond all expectations! The island was amazing in itself. Every detail was well-thought out, from the arrival drinks to the luxurious outdoor bathrooms. The food was incredible! But the thing that will bring us back was the 5 star service. We had everything we needed and way more. From the concierge, Heidy, who was in constant communication day or night, to Chef Ernesto and his sous chef, Modesto, who kept us fed with three excellent meals every day, to Mike and Jazz, who were ready to jump in……

“The house was very comfortable for our group, but we also booked the two apartments next-door. We need a few more bedrooms for our 10. The pool and the area around it were perfect for us. We had Chef Jim cook four meals for us and they were very delicious. We designed our own menus. The staff was warm and friendly.”

The house was as promised, clean, well stocked enough for the private chef we hired to prepare a wonderful meal and check in and check out were easy. We loved our stay and the two very friendly pups who visited us daily.”
