Eclipse 2024 Getaway

Beautiful house and location near center-line of 2024 eclipse path. House was apportioned with everything but our groceries for our stay. Hot tub was very much enjoyed as we had snow three days prior to eclipse. Thanks again! Merci Beaucoup! -Joe from Nevada

Our 3night stay at this unit was memorable .Perfect size for 8 adults and 2pouches . A fee of 100 for an additional pet was collected fairly. Super clean, new, contemporary interior, and exterior. Beautiful polished concrete flooring, fully stocked kitchen, & pantry with toiletries and insect repellents. Everything was well thought of even a fly swatter!! Spacious deck, overlooking the lush heavily wooded private front porch. If you’re looking for a quiet secluded getaway to reconnect with family/friends then this will provide you just that. This is not ideal if you’re looking for an active weekend of water sports. there’s access to water nearby via a nice boardwalk but accessing the canoes provided by the chalet is not easy due to the marshland surrounding the area. Overall, a 5star for the chalet but the area there’s not much to do unless you drive to Magog (20-25min drive).

I was mislead about the proximity of the lake. It was was a 10 minutes walk and there is a broken plank on the platform that leads to the lake which is dangerous. Also, we saw a mice. Otherwise, everything else was great.

We stayed at this cottage for 5 days We had problems heating the place, made multiple phone calls with no call back. Finally they sent someone on the last night. The technician mentionned that everything to was closed. Did a complaint to the manager to end up being lied to 3-4 times

Nous avons séjourné au chalet du vendredi au dimanche. Endroit calme et isolé. On ne voit pas les voisins. Les lits sont confortables et il y a beaucoup de vaisselles et tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon moment

Bon weekend !

En gros, nous avons bien apprécié notre FDS. Endroit très propre et élégant. On a travaillé fort à trouver les ustensiles, mais c'était comique ! Tout le monde ont bien dormis dans leur lit, très confortable. Afin de vous aider à rendre ce moment merveilleux pour d'autres, voici nos suggestions ; - Rendre l'adresse plus visible au chemin ( moins basse, car la neige la cache de loin ).-Directions plus claires afin de tourner au bon endroit, car on en a tous surpris quelques-uns à leur chalets ! haha - Réparer système d'alarme à l'entrée. Je n'ai rien pu faire avec ( il était brisé avec papier de toilette qui tenait les batteries ). - Le lock pour la clée à la fin pour le refermé est assez difficile, j'ai forcé assez fort et j'imagine que ma copine seule aurait eu du mal à le faire... - SEL ET POIVRE ( ça dépanne ) normalement on à tendance à en apporter, mais ce serait pratique haha :P Sinon bravo gang, tous le monde veut revenir, on à été très impressionnés !! WOW

Séjour de détente en famille

Le chalet est spacieux, propre, luxueux et très agréable. L’établissement est bien équipé pour accueillir et permettre la préparation des repas. Beaucoup d’espace pour socialiser, d’espace de rangement, d’accessoires et équipements à la préparation des repas. Des livres et des jeux sont mis à notre disposition. L’accueil est courtois. Il est facile d’avoir accès au chalet. Il est possible d’entrer en communication avec l’hôte et le retour de réponses vient rapidement. Bon séjour. Je recommande à tous.

Nous sommes restés à ce chalet du 30 août au 2 septembre. Nous étions 7 adultes et 3 enfants. J’ai que du positif à émettre sur ce chalet. C’était très propre, bien équipé, on a manqué de rien. La seule petite chose qui aurait pu nous être indiqué c’est qu’il n’y avait pas de bois de fourni pour faire des feux extérieurs. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Nous sommes tous vraiment contents du chalet. C’était paisible, propre, conviviale. Assez bien équipé aussi. Il y a seulement le matelas du lit King qui aurait besoin d’être changé. Ceux qui y ont couché n’étaient pas confortables. J’ai signalé aussi par téléphone que le spa avait besoin d’être réparé( la partie qui recouvre le filtre ne tient plus en place lorsqu’on utilise les jets à son plus fort.) Merci

Manque d’espace pour 10

Chalet petit en terme de surface et d’espace pour 10 personnes! Les 3 chambres sont en continuités au salon/ cuisine à aire ouverte! La mezzanine est au-dessus des chambres . Ce qui a pour effet que le seul endroit pour se retrouver en dehors des chambres est le petit salon! Le sofa a à peine 3 places et la table de cuisine 6 places! Le sol est en béton et c’est très bruyant si tous sont à l’intérieur! Donc si quelqu’un veut rester tard et écouter la télé il dérangera tout le monde! Aucun accès à l’eau à proximité il faut toujours prendre la voiture pour aller à Magog ou Massawippi! L’accès proposé est un marécage dont l’usage d’un canot est mise à disposition pour dépasser les herbes et profiter du plan d’eau! Aucune baignade possible avec le sol vaseux et les multiples bestioles! Nous avons profité de la semaine grâce au plein air! Mais le chalet a été décevant et ne reflétait pas ce qui était projeté dans son ensemble! Nous étions une famille composée de plusieurs membres dont la majorité adulte!

Superbe maison!

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans la maison. Nous étions 10 personnes et l y avait en masse de place. Tout était bien propre et bien équipé ! J’ai dû appeler pour avoir le code de la porte, car je ne l’avais toujours pas à 16:30. J’ai eu une réponse rapide, mais ça m’a stressé un peu. Rien de grave somme toute, mais bon j’enlève une étoile pour l’accueil….merci c’était super!
