「Room was nice 」

「I know what to reasonably expect for hotels at this price level and we are very disappointed. There is no amenity except one bar soap. There is a coffee maker but no coffee nor tea. The worst is the towels. They are very old. The we found the bed sheet has stain and the pillows smells. This is close to unacceptable.」

「Bed was comfortable. Ac was cold. Shower was hot. Now the downside was that it was in need of maintenance and cleaning. Breakfast was all but gone when we got to it. It’s a working town so I figured it gets hit hard with dirty people that don’t care and the workers don’t care much either. 」

「Rooms were small but clean. Lots of oilfield workers leaving early (noisy). Entrance was odd, no covered porch or driveway. 」

「The room door did not close all the way, "hot" water was luke warm, bed was not comfortable and the parking lot needs work. 」

「Kaylee and Hattie were so kind a courteous during our stay, great staff. Justin the GM was off during our stay this time but we always enjoy seeing him when we stay in Big Spring, he is the best 🙌. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the gluten free blue berry muffins they had! ☺️」

「This was a great cozy cabin stay near midland. We get tired of hotels when traveling and sometimes just want our own space and this was perfect. It was very quiet and secluded yet right on the freeway. The cabin was clean and had great amenities. Check in was as easy as a phone call with a PIN number and text to check out. No wasting time or standing in lines for check in. Very good experience and highly recommend staying here. 」

「The address listed is not correct. Elevators didn’t work. Rooms smelled disgusting. The room was not cleaned at all ! Walking to our room they just had a dog running loose in the hallways. Asked for another room and it was also disgusting. Everything is rusted down to the bath tub. Parking lot was filled with men drinking and peeing outside of the building. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE‼️」
