"I only have one small complaint and that is our room had a slight (stale cigarette) smell. We stayed here 4 months ago and did not in counter this issue, so we were a little disappointed. Otherwise our room was clean, kitchen drawers needed vacuumed, so we just used the cabinet. Parking is great, staff is kind and Overall we would stay again."

"The only thing literally only thing….All the towels and bedding smelt like they were left in the washer for a few days..we all know that happens at home maybe their laundry machines for their washing that they do ..just need to be cleaned. Other than that, everything else was as pictured. Amenities weren’t used so I can’t speak on that but the staff was absolutely amazing! Easy parking but yes they charge which is totally understandable. Overall it’s a good stay and maybe my towels/bedding were just an odd ball occurrence."

"I enjoyed the free drinks, clam chowder, and veggies in the evenings. Breakfast in the morning was good too. I also made use of the big tub - Epsom salt bubble baths, the sauna and steam room. Some hotels make it hard for Walmart Deliveries and Uber Eats to deliver straight to your door, but I made use of those services as well."

"My cousin, Mayra Thometz, Director of HR at Hayden Beverage, recommended this hotel to us, and we are so glad she did. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Boise. Our check-in was seamless with your night attendant, I apologize for not taking her name down. She was kind, accommodating and and we sincerely appreciated the Uber reimbursement since we arrived after 11:00pm. The continental breakfast was very good, with plenty of seating and ample space to accommodate the many guests staying at the property this past weekend. We had a wonderful stay this past weekend and were impressed by the excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, tidy, and maintained at the perfect temperature for us. It also offered all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We would also like to recognize Amanda, our airport shuttle driver on Sunday. She was friendly, helpful, and professional—a true asset to the property."
