"This is a very old hotel in Gainesville. It's convenient to the University, local restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is fair quality at best, Cracker Barrel is right next door. The staff in the daytime was outstanding, but not so friendly at night. Parking is a challenge with most way off to the side of the property. "

"Beautiful, fun filled, for all ages, RV/Tiny Home resort conveniently located right beside Interstate I10. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The tiny homes are relatively new, beautiful, and well equipped with all you need. Suggest booking your stay through the popular booking apps. "

"The hotel was very clean, and the suites were large and spacious. My favorite part was the hotel staff (especially the front desk ladies). They truly made the experience wonderful with their helpful attitudes, and were pure joy. It made my day."

"So the hotel was wonderful, however after driving all day we arrived at 1900 and the manager could not find our reservation. After making calls and finding someone who could help at Expedia the problem was fixed. It too 45 minutes before the front desk received our confirmation from Expedia. If I had not called I’m sure we would have been double charged one from Expedia and one from the hotel. I had the same problem a few months ago with you guys and I lost $91.00 as I paid for a room I never stayed at. Please have your folks be a little more diligent, when folks like us are depending on them Steven Fusco"

"Very easy check in . Good staff and bed was comfy. Shower not very clean."

"The breakfast was good , nice variety of foods to choose from, good tasting coffee. Good lemon flavored water. The room was very warm, heat blasting out. The maintenance staff fixed this within 20 minutes. As a traveling business woman I was unable to do any online work during my entire stay. The Internet/ WiFi was not available throughout the building during my entire stay. Very inconvenient for me."

"I called to book two connecting rooms and when I arrived they had not accommodated this aspect of our booking. They told me I probably spoke to central reservations who doesn’t understand that they don’t have available connecting rooms (fair- but not my fault since this was the customer Journey they put me on for a reservation). They did nothing to try to help and we had brought our 85 year old grandmother because we had been assured we would have connecting rooms. "
