Starr Hotel with Pool

"Always an Amazing stay. No toilet paper in room though."

"This was the dirtiest and most unkept hotel stay I've ever had. I will not book this hotel brand again. The floors throughout the hotel were dirty and sticky. The trash can on our floor was full and had a full trash bag open outside it, which smelled horrible. It stayed there for a whole night and into the next day. The ceilings were stained, the sofa cushions had bad stains on both sides, there were big crumbs on the floor, there was a huge, dried splash of something on the artwork above the desk, there was mold on the wall on both sides of the A/C unit, the bathroom floors were not clean, the door was falling apart at the bottom, the coffee maker in the room was full of white and blue mold that I swiped with my finger, there were lots of damaged areas on the walls and doors. The beds were fine, but overall it felt gross and I will not go back to a Country Inn and Suites again. I have pictures of everything if anyone needs to see them. "

"Sraff were amazing! They were friendly, knowledgeable of area and always available. The facility and grounds were well maintained and pleasing to the eye. Highly recommend this Inn."
