「Rooms dirty the room was in a hood neighborhood I felt like I was in a crack house motel」

「Was exhausted from Airlines Nightmare so the accommodations were average. Staff was pleasant at an odd time frame. Would recommend a quick stay 」

「Close to airport. 24 hour shuttle service to ATL that ran every top of the hour. Refrigerator and microwave in room. But asked for wake up call that didn't happen - glad I set I my phone. And the TV gave some issues.」

「Yes, Neglected, poor staff, the rooms are ridiculously nasty uncleaned tubs sinks, toilets, roaches in and under the beds ,ceilings have holes in them. The whole entire hotel needs to be shutdown ASAP, NO ONE SHOULD EVER LIVE LIKE THAT. I REALLY NEED A REFUND. And the only reason I stayed is that I couldn't get my money back so I slept outside of the room in my car.」

「The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. 」

「Room was very spacious. Loved the large bathroom with a great shower. Staff was very nice but one guy at desk checkin seemed very sick…maybe should not have been there. Kick back was ok but opened late. Breakfast was also ok but they ran out of coffee and eggs. Never had the food service be an issue at any Drury. 」

「The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved.」

「The location itself is not in a good area. There aren’t any food places close by and you have to travel fairly far to find a decent spot. The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeper was amazing. It was quiet for the most part; however, our car was vandalized. Someone poured oil all over our car. After two car washes and multiple wipe downs, oil is still coming out of places on our car. The property manager did not offer to compensate us for the damages. We paid $30 for a car wash and...

「If you book through third party you already know its going to be at an exit or a room thats not desirable, therefore i had a little noise problem. But, the front desk staff was phenomenal!!!!!! Rooms were very clean and spacious. Area very safe. Food was great!」
