Great place in Happy Valley

I stayed here for one night for the PA State Indoor Track Meet held at PSU and this location was super convenient to the stadium. It was very clean and comfortable and great communication from the owner. Would stay here again for sure!

Thanksgiving in State College

This property was clean and cozy for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving together! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils that were great for cooking and serving multiple meals during our stay! They also have a great start on refinishing rhe basement which will hopefully give additional sleeping/hanging out space and an additional bathroom. We hope to stay here in again in the future!

A wonderful quiet place to stay

A few friends and I got together at Ryan's place and it was nothing short of awesome. The house was extremely clean and plenty of provided amenities. It was the perfect place for us all to hang out in between outings!

perfect place for after work

Place was very clean. had tv's in bedroom so they guys didn't have to share a TV. The owner was very nice, and any issue came up he would send a message. Loved the mini game room.

Great location and house!

This home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with street and driveway parking. The home itself was much more impressive in person, spacious, nicely decorated, incredibly clean, and very comfortable furniture and beds. We appreciated also the extra blankets around the house and pillows on the bed. Nice amenities such as 4 k-cups (2 decaf which was perfect for my friend), bathroom necessities, Netflix and TVs in all rooms. If we visit the area again, we will certainly stay here again! We did not get to enjoy the outside deck nor the game room, but was a nice added plus.

Great property. A loose leg on a chair was repaired within 24 hours. Super cute place. Would certainly stay again. Was only disappointed by so many extra fees when it came time to pay the reservation.

Great home for a family stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property - it appeared to be newly redone and had a number of nice touches for guests coming into town in the evening (coffee pods, shampoos & body washes for the shower). The small game room off of the living room was also a nice touch. The owners were responsive to a home alarm snafu & were generally helpful. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property and its location, convenient to grocery stores, gas stations, etc.)

Easter Retreat

We booked a stay at this property because of it's close proximity to Penn States campus since we were coming to visit our son for the holiday weekend. Not only did we get to visit our son but I made Easter dinner for our family and a few of his friends. The dart board and Foosball table were a great past time for everyone before and after dinner. The house was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet yet close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in State College.

Penn State Freshman Drop Off

This property truly deserves 5 stars all the way around. Immaculate, quiet, comfortable, right near the action but in a lovely, quiet neighborhood setting. We were here for freshman drop off- super easy to get to campus, last minute Target run, restaurants. The property had everything I needed as if it were my own home- hairdryer, iron and ironing board, wine glasses! Beds were super comfy, nice linens. Very, very clean. Price was right for the quality. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy, Pleasant, and Lots of Fun!

My daughter and I enjoyed our week here while my oldest was at camp at Penn State. The house was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for me to work and my daughter to stay entertained. The game room was the deciding factor for me in picking a place in State College and it did not disappoint. My daughter and I enjoyed playing darts, foosball, and board games all week. I also appreciated the little details like luggage racks (so many places don't have those and they are so helpful!), the artwork, and the adorable soap dispensers. Overall a great experience!

Perfect house for our family

We had a very easy check in process & everything was very well explained prior to our arrival. I had also asked the owner several questions beforehand with a very fast response time! The 3 bedrooms were all furnished nicely & it was a plus that there was a TV in each room. The living room being in a completely separate area was great since we had young kids going to bed earlier & we could be in a separate space away from the bedrooms. There were plenty of board games to keep the kids entertained! Very easy commute to Penn State campus where we were attending an event. Thank you for a great stay at our home away from home!
