" Check in took forever. Long line and not enough worker bees. No free WiFi. They were going to charge $14.95 PER DAY for WiFi access. Not OK in this day and age. Room was fine but found hair in tub and a dirty towel folded up inside a clean one. Yuck. Many areas of carpeting throughout the hallways were in need of a good cleaning. Did not visit the main restaurant but cafe areas had very long lines for breakfast. Not enough seating areas for those wanting to eat their cafe selections "

"The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating from valet parking to the front desk which I truly appreciated. However, the overall condition of the facility fell well below expectations. Only 1 of the 4 elevators was operational in a building exceeding 20 floors, creating significant inconvenience. The carpeting throughout had a strong, unpleasant odor. The room itself was outdated, with heavily worn furniture, noticeable gaps at the bottom of the door, and chipped and scratched paint. Additionally, persistent foul odors in the room made the stay uncomfortable."

"The hotel staff were all very nice and professional. Our room was fresh and clean. Didn't do breakfast or visit the bar, but I have zero doubt that both would have been great. Our room had a view of the SkyView Atlanta Ferris wheel which was really nice to see at night. The hotel is in walking distance to A LOT! We walked to the State Farm Arena to see THE BOSS, Bruce Springsteen. Safe area, lots to see and do. Will stay here again! "

"During my stay, I noticed an important issue with the air conditioning. At night, the system seems to turn off automatically too frequently, which causes it to take a long time to turn back on. As a result, the room becomes quite warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. In contrast, during the day the air conditioning stays on longer and is able to keep the room cool without any problems. It would be advisable to check the system’s settings or operation during the night to ensure a consistent temperature and a better experience for guests."
