It was barely okay for a couple of nights. However, like many extended-stay locations, it lacks typical "hotel" facilities. Also, there are a lot of people that seem to live there for extended periods and not just for temporary work assignments in the area..
The walls are very thin and the neighbors were quite loud until after midnight. There were also people hanging out in the parking lot, drinking at night. Unfortunately, there is no staff available after 8PM to assist with addressing these issues.
We did have an unclean bathroom when we arrived, but the manager (Alex) took care of it himself within a few minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. That was a plus.
If you are in a pinch, it will work. If something better is available, then go with it. Check your room for cleanliness when you arrive.
