"The service was great the room was amazing , the only issue we had was that one of the elevators on two different days , got stuck for a few minutes , and another issue was the WiFi never worked , no matter how many times we tried to connect to the WiFi , no matter how long we waited to connect , the WiFi would never work , we had to use our data the whole trip , but besides those two things , the hotel and the room and the service was amazing and a great location"

"Staff were lovely Had a complementary upgrade to a suite which was lovely and very unexpected. Parts of the hotel are a little tired - the electricity went in my room. Cold breakfast options were lovely - hot was ok. Great location for a meeting I had; staying for 1 or 2 nights here are ok."

"The pictures don’t match what’s in the room, but the manager opted to look into it. Otherwise, the room was fine. Fairly modern. Breakfast was a bit skimpy but had some good things."

"Our room was so cute, I loved the balcony, the kitchenette, even the sloping floor was charming in its own way (although if you are someone with balance issues, you might need a different hotel). It would have been nice if there were hangers in the closet, but we ended up hanging our jackets on the chairs in the kitchenette, so it didn't matter. I loved the refrigerator - it was not full-sized, but it was way bigger than a mini-fridge. The hotel only provided coffee and 2 vending machines, but it hardly mattered since there were at least 3 convenient stores, 2 restaurants, and 2 different subway entrances within a single block; plus, it's NYC, the birth place of delivery. Also, when we checked out, the hotel staff let us leave our luggage behind the lobby while we went to get breakfast across the street. My sister and I shared a king-size bed. I'm always hot and my sister is always cold, so I slept on the side with the A/C and she took the comforter. I asked the front desk for an extra comforter and they brought one up that kept me warm, but not too hot. Because the room sloped down from the door to the balcony, the bed was a little tilted, but it was comfortable enough that it was only slightly noticable."
