We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our check in was really easy and quick, the staff at front desk was really friendly, Daniel went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we needed, attractions nearby, shows, restaurants, tips etc.
The breakfast was good, with a decent selection to choose from, waffle, fruits, muffins, bread, omelet, sausage, oat porridge, juices, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea etc.
Our room was good, I only wished it had a mini bar fridge so I could refrigerate the drinks I bought at the convenience store.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for anything in the FiDi or Waterfront, and for a nice morning jog in Battery Park.

Daniela and Jonathan were both very accommodating! Daniela started out my experience with a lovely and kind welcome. The room and facilities were perfect for me and my short stay. Plus, good location in the middle of the financial district. Definitely would stay again!

Lobby and breakfast area very clean and updated. Room was very outdated not very clean, portable air conditioner vent out the windows with wood and tape holding it in place. No refrigerators in room.
