「The location was close to the city centre and major attractions. The train station and bus terminus were within walking distance. Some road construction works are going on and this may deter customers who may be wary of noise during the day.」

「Convenient location, Abundant breakfast, comfortable lounge with free tea& coffee」

「It is one of the most horrible experience in my life! The hotel is so dirty that have spider in the room. Even you requested for a room cleam up service, they just change your rubbish bin and fix the bed. They won’t clean the floor (even many dust and hair on the floor), won’t help you to change cups (even you have used and write a memo to remind them) and they won’t refuse any tissue! I definitely won’t stay here again and the only thing that have a credit here is the breakfast, it is beyond...

「reception service is soso, restaurant serving time is short due to occuping by others， arrangement need to be improved 」

「It was a wonderful stay, the room was clean and nice designed, lots of space, very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful! Best experience!」
