“Sehr gutes Essen, sowohl Frühstücks- als auch Abendbuffet waren sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig. Sehr nettes Personal, das nur manchmal in Stoßzeiten nicht hinterher kam. Aber man ist ja im Urlaub und sollte sich nicht stressen lassen.”

“Schönes Hotel, gutes Essen, überwiegend freundliches Personal.
Leider sind viele Zimmer der Straße zugewandt und diese ist laut und stark befahren.
Angeblich haben die Zimmer Schallschutzfenster. Der Unterschied zwischen offenen und geschlossenen Fenster war aber nur minimal! Wenn man nicht wie ein Stein schläft, nicht zu empfehlen.”

“On a adoré notre séjour.
Le repas dans les restaurants étaient variés et très bons.
L’équipe attentionnée et efficace parle français et d’autres langues parfaitement.
Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir.
L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch.
Plage de sable comme piscine nous avons trouvés des transats à toute heure.
Salle de sport propre et complète

“Beautiful, clean spacious hotel, if you're looking for quality food high end restaurant and fine dining this is the best choice hotel, set in a great location, right on the beach, choice of villas and apartments with private pool, or room with a swim up pool, or just room without pool.
Staff are brilliant, speak excellent English, such wonderful helpful staff, first time to Crete and would definitely return to this Crete and this hotel.
