Great place to stay!

This condo had everything we needed! It stays nice and cool in the summer, it’s so spacious, the location was perfect for exploring, the kitchen was well equipped. Working with property management was easy, even over the Fourth of July holiday.

Great location!

This is in a great location with easy access to the Thunderhead lift. Thunderhead isn't crowded in the mornings, so it's a great alternative to the base area!

Hidden Gem

Great condo right off the slope… Enjoyed both the location and the amenities. It is up the road a bit from the base, so if you don’t have a car, you’re going to be relying on buses but for many that’s also a plus as it’s nice and quiet in the evening. Would definitely stay there again.

The Lodge

Sweet location with an easy walk to mid mountain Thunderhead lift. Allows you to get to the top of the mountain early and get 3-4 runs in before any crowds. Easy process for check in and out all around

Mother son ski trip

Location was great. Condo worked well, though it is tight in the bunk room. It was nice to have two bathrooms. We appreciated the hot tub and were thankful it got fixed.

Good little condo

Quiet condo, reasonably clean, comfortable. The frying pans stick terribly, if you’re planning on cooking there a lot you’ll want to plan accordingly. It’s a comfortable place to stay in Steamboat!

Short Weekend Getaway

Pros -- great location, great space, quiet, lovely view of the hillside, really enjoyed the amenities (pool, sauna, hot tub) Cons -- everyone has a different threshold/criterion for cleanliness, but in my opinion, the property could benefit from having the carpet/upholstery deep cleaned Other -- should let future guests know to bring their pool towels since the property did not provide

Easy and convenient

We had a lovely stay. The condo is small but cozy and has everything you need for a weekend getaway. The location is very convenient to the thuderhead lift which was great for skiing. We had issues with trying to utilize the free shuttle, as it was never available or went to the wrong location, however we understand that it was a busy festival weekend. Overall a great experience.

Lovely stay in Steamboat

Clean and comfortable condo. The master bedroom is huge and nice and cool in the lower level. The second bedroom is not a room but bunk beds behind a barn door off the main living area. Still worked fine.

Nice condo

Cozy condo convenient to Steamboat Resort. Very clean. The parking lot was a bit precarious and icy and we did find a smoke detector unplugged above the refrigerator. We did not use the free shuttle as we found it more convenient to use our own car for transportation. We overall enjoyed our stay!

Great Steamboat getaway location, but communication could be improved

We loved our stay here, and the location was super convenient to get around downtown and the mountain! We were only disappointed with the miscommunication on the hot tub, where the code to get in was incorrect on the check in package, and we were not able to get any clarification, even when contacting the provided number they gave us in case of questions. Otherwise, we would recommend!

4th in Steamboat

Pro: Great, clean property with pool and hot tub access. Clear communication from property on parking, rules etc. Felt welcomed via the welcome packet. Con: Room view was the side of the hill and I didn’t realize that the main bedroom was downstairs and not on the main level. Not a big deal! Still had a great time! Far away from town and summer mountain activities. Had to drive rather than walk to festivities.

Very cute space, our daughter loved her bunk bed away from mom and dad since our room was downstairs. It was very quiet and comfy. Met some of the residents, Mindy was lovely! Right next to the gondolas, wildlife and the sunsets were amazing!

Nice property. Quiet location. It has entry door on two different levels, which was convenient, since the unit's spiral stairs down to the MBR are tight for carrying luggage. Don't expect great views from your windows. Nice pool but half of the pool furniture is broken
