The perfect Steamboat getaway. Quiet, area, not far from the bottom of the ski hill. Clean and inviting. Enjoyed and would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Steamboat.

The property managers were incredibly awesome and this room was about six steps from the hot tub. Everything was clean and well decorated. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing stay with great amenities and ambience!

This was a nice small single room appt. It was clean and well maintained, everything worked. It was located a couple hundred yards from a shuttle bus stop that will get you to anywhere in Steamboat.

Steamboat getaway

Overall it was a great spot to be home base for our weekend getaway. Only suggestion would be to use drapes instead of the wooden blinds in the main room near the bed as you can see into the condo which was uncomfortable while we slept with the bed near that window.

Meh

Bedsheets that don’t fit, smelled like someone poured Lysol in the place and we think it was to cover the smell of mold. The bathroom is molded. Gives you directions on how to get bus but no tips like the fact that on a powder day it’s probably better to just go park at the free lot as we had 6 full buses pass us up. The don’t have any Kleenex, I guess we just use tissues. Read the “guest book” and one of the first entry’s talks about how the fridge was stocked with a few goods. We had nothing. I guess I would say they definitely don’t care about guests anymore because they know they will get them. Don’t stay here if you’re expecting clean and nice accommodations.

There were a few maintenance issues that did not cause any real problems for us but need attention. The bed supports look like they could give way in the future, the bathtub drain needed to be cleared to drain properly, and we could not find a drain stopper for the kitchen sink. The hot tub (not part of the unit) was not clean, and only 2 of the jets appeared to work.
