Property description and photos were intentionally misleading. The property is listed as having 1800 square feet and shows images of a stairwell, scenic views through the windows, and plenty of space. However, these are images from the entire complex, not the room you are renting. While images of the room were in the gallery, you would never be able to guess which ones they are until after staying here. Upon arrival, we noticed our pillows were dirty. Also, the toiletries were unusable (shampoo bottle filled with water from shower/previous use). Finally, we were expecting to have covered parking, but they ran out of room and had us park in another designated overflow area. Then, on our last night, one of their shuttle vans hit our car. I would only stay here as a low budget option, but I would not spend the money we did again here. As a positive, the location is very good.

Close to Gondola

Comfortable studio, very close to the gondola. Impeccably cleaned and appointed. A smaller dining table or a queen instead of a king size bed would allow for a comfortable chair for tv watching.

Where this review loses stars was in the late check in process. I knew we would not be able to make it into town until 8-9 pm on Friday night due to work constraints. In an effort to be proactive, I called the front desk on Thursday to discuss the process of late check in as the front desk closes at 6pm. The woman on the phone proceeded to tell me that the keys will be in a lock box and they will call me Friday to give instructions for access to said lock box. Fast forward to Friday after work, I did not receive any phone call. We get in to town at around 9pm. I call the number for security and there is no answer. I begin slightly panicking that we will have no where to sleep that night. I wait 5 minutes and call again and am answered by a man who sounded like I was inconveniencing him by asking to let us in. We head to the apartment to wait for him to let us in. We walk in the complex after a very rude interaction with the “security”. I use the key on a room with the same number as the unit we rented and it opens the door to a unit which does not match the rental pictures. I was able to open the door to someone else’s unit, which was extremely concerning. Luckily I do not believe it was occupied at the time. I then use the key on the other door which worked and matched the rental pictures. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and concerning. I

Good location

Little bit of a hike to the base but the free shuttle is awesome. Friendly and attentive staff. Heated pool and hot tubs were great. The bathroom was so tiny the bathroom and kitchen shared the same sink which was not ideal.

Fun time skiing!

The unit was perfect for us. Transportation to the gondola, restaurants, and downtown was easily arranged at no extra cost through the Vacasa phone number. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing! Excellent location for a wonderful stay!

Fab Condo in Great Location

Great condo with a comfy bed and ideal location. Quick access to Steamboat Springs. The amenities were great and not overcrowded. My main issues were with the lack of cooking products, there was no oil which is a bit frustrating. It made cooking a bit challenging. The other main issue was that the heater did not work which isn't ideal when visiting in the winter. They did provide blankets which helped. Other than that, everything was great. Just bring your own oil.

Comfortable and convient to Steamboat base area

There's plenty of room in this efficiency condo, except for the toilet/shower area - that room is tiny! Loved the outdoor pool and hot tub area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the Steamboat Gondola. The covered parking was a plus! We did not take advantage of the Vacasa shuttle, but you can park your car and let Vacasa drive you where you need to go. Very nice!

Close to the Gondola!

This place was perfect for what I needed. 5 min walk to the Gondola and great hot tub. I have stayed in this complex before and am a big fan. Only drawback about this specific unit is the bathroom is TINY. I had to either get in the shower or straddle the toilet to close the bathroom door. Also, only came with one towel but I was able to snag a few hot tub towels from the front desk. Would definitely stay here again as the price offset those downsides.

TV needs to change! There's a cable lineup in the room BUT NO CABLE! I want LOCAL TV for news about the area. Also because it's a FIRE TV....no network channels! Couldn't watch any of the NFL playoff games. Couldn't even cast my phone to TV and watch "my" stuff! Check out is 10am?!? Sorry that's just not realistic! Check in at 4pm?!?! Neither is that! They did allow me in at 1pm thankfully! When you fly in, YOU HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION! All you bags are in hand! The bathroom is too small, got cold doorknob on my butt tryin to get in the shower! For the good stuff.....ITS CLOSE! If you want you can walk to the ski area. Don't wanna walk, take the private shuttle, they run every 15 mins. (you'll still have a bit of a walk once they drop you off) Shuttle will take you ANYWHERE.....restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, hot springs....one call that's all) Hot tub, heated pool and sauna are really nice to have. It's very quiet and cost per night was same as Holiday Inn. Would stay again for sure!

Nice Studio in Steamboat

I loved this studio in Steamboat Springs. It had everything one would need to cook meals in house! It also had amble parking, great pool and hot tub area with 2 bbq's and a gym if you wanted to get a workout in. Great location...only 2 miles to downtown. It also had a bike path, that ran all the way along the river, if you chose to ride your bike into town. Really enjoyed our stay!!!!

short weekend stay

We were just up from Denver for a weekend away and really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The only limitation was the size of the bathroom (toilet and shower/tub). It would be difficult to shut the door if you are a bigger person.
