Convenient location and great amenities

There was plenty of space for the six of us for our ski trip to Steamboat and the shuttle couldn't have been more convenient! Great location, amenities (loved the hot tub, fireplace, and sauna). Would definitely stay here again!

Great Ski Townhouse

The property was exactly as described, lots of room, had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to the slopes. We enjoyed our stay! Property manager was excellent and very helpful and responsive.

Amazing location and home!

We stayed with another family (9 people total) and it fit us all beautifully. The house was immaculate and had all accommodations you would need for a week snowboarding. The shuttle to the mountain was perfect as it came every 20 minutes and we could all come and go as we pleased. The hosts were very responsive and kind!

Amazing getaway!

Loved using the private hot tub and sauna after skiing. Location and shuttle were awesome. We had a group of 9 and everyone slept comfortably. The amount of bathrooms is amazing. Cooked a couple meals in the kitchen which is pretty well stocked (only missing scissors). Communication with them was very easy through texts. Would love to come back again!

Kicking off the new year right!

Great place! Images accurately reflect what you are paying for. The place was clean and spacious for a group of 9. There was a shuttle available to take our family to the Steamboat mountain. The only issue was the hot water availability with 9 people but that can be easily resolved by timing the showers by groups. The hot tub was amazing and perfect a day on the slopes. Highly recommend!!

Great place & wonderful location

First timer in steamboat springs and this place had it all. Enough room for everyone, we had 8 total with adults and kids all ages. Great layout, sauna and hot tub were wonderful to have right inside the house. Plenty of room for cooking and eating meals. Garage space for your vehicles was great. A huge bonus that I don’t think they express enough is the shuttle, it’s basically a private shuttle right to the bottom on the mountain that runs every 20 min and was fantastic. The owner or property manager were very responsive and very easy to work with when we reached out. Check in was a breeze. 5 star all over and highly recommend. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, well done!

Amazing Race Weekend with Friends

Our group of 6 absolutely loved staying at the Lazy Bear property. Super convenient location to downtown and our Steamboat Half Marathon, comfy accommodations, enough space for us to all spread out and also enjoy time together. The property manager was excellent with communication and got back to me immediately to answer a question I had. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time with family! The house was well-equipped and had plenty of space for everyone. It was clean and comfortable, and the pool was conveniently close. A couple of suggestions—some updated frying pans and a few more towels, especially for the pool and hot tub, would be great additions. Overall, a great stay!

Overall the condo was very nice. Plenty of bedding, pillows, nice decor touches. Easy in/out garage and unit access. Great kitchen--needs a potato peeler FYI!! Carpeting throughout could use replacement, however.

Very nice property

Space was great. Really appreciate garage parking. Pool was well maintained and so refreshing. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Ensuite bathrooms for each room was a huge plus. Big kitchen and well stocked with everything needed. Front desk was easy to communicate with and prompt with replies. Confidently recommend.
