The place had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of room for privacy and yet plenty of room for out family gatherings. Truly enjoyable and beautiful place to stay.

Great place. Great location. Asked for extra towels for pool and was told no extra towels given and to just wash the one towel provided per person. Not good customer service and for the price we should have received extra towels.

We loved staying at this property and would stay again. We appreciated having large rooms, plenty of bathrooms, parking for 3 cars, great view of the mountains, community pool/hot tub/firepits. 5 stars!

Hello, We loved our stay. The front desk and amenities were very nice and it was close to town. We did get to see some moose! Which was very fun. Only complaint was it wasn’t super super clean, and they ask you to take your shoes off so that wasn’t ideal.

We absolutely loved Eagle Ridge 1414! It had everything we needed and more. There was so much room for the 12 of us, and we never felt crowded. The view looks like it’s from a Christmas card and is simply stunning. The shuttle service was easy to use both to the base and to town when we wanted to go shopping or needed to go to the grocery store. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the shuttle drivers to the people at the front desk. It was an amazing experience for our first trip to Steamboat, and we will be back!

Nice property, met our needs very well, would book againWas not ready for occupancy at the stated 4 PM check-in time (which is already pretty late in the day). Hurried activity of the two-person cleaning crew left some lasting ill-effects. They did a good job and it is hard to find fault, but left a little cleaning undone and spilled or overused a cleaning agent in one of the bedrooms that left an unpleasant odor for the whole week. Also had a boiler-based heating system failure that required several maintenance personnel and several hours of repair.Printed checkout procedures apparently did not match the expectation of Vacasa or VRBO as I had many messages from them about checkout that were not in the book in the condo.

Our group of 9 get together annually for a 4 day ski trip. We have been together since high school or as far back as kindergarten and have been on many ski trips together as we are now in our early 60’s. As a group we agreed this was the best home or town home we have ever stayed in. Everything worked seamlessly for us. The property was a great size. The short walk to the community hot tubs and pool was great. The shuttle at the driveway to and from the hills or on call to town worked excellent. A quick shout out to our shuttle driver Frank. He treated us really well.

We loved this property, quite, perfect location to enjoy the sites of Steamboat Springs. The only issues we encountered, the microwave above the stove did not work (there was a counter top microwave) or the broiler of the stove.

Great location in Steamboat. Beautiful complex with access to (community) swimming pool and hot tub. Responsive management. Minor downside--carpet is quite worn and stained, particularly in basement. Nevertheless would certainly stay here again.

The townhome is huge, spacious, well laid out and full of all the amenities and extras one could want! It's right next to the hot tub and a quick walk to the slopes and several great restaurants. Should you wish to ride the shuttle, it's quick and easy to call for a ride into town or to and from the slopes as well. Our kids loved the ping pong table and bunk rooms as well. Pretty much a perfect place...

This was the perfect townhome to share and was a great location with regards to the mountain (even though it was not ski time yet). It was also not far to go into town and the grocery store was nearby. It was very clean and well stocked as well! The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and the pool/hot tub was nearby.
