Can't beat the location

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. It's great to have the added amenities downstairs. No stress to eat or get last minute supplies, play in the game room or chill at the hot tub.

Beautiful fall weekend

This is a great place for a quick getaway with a few friends. Location is perfect if you want to be close to the gondola and several restaurants and some shopping. Just a quick drive gets you downtown for more shopping and restaurants. Had everything you need for a few dyad!

Long ski weekend

Unbeatable location with hotel amenities can’t be beat. Upper level room in very quiet location. Description and pictures are accurate.

January Ski Trip

Condo was pretty good. The location is the best in Steamboat, especially for skiing. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. I wish there had been a better view and a washer & dryer. The fireplace was a little janky and should be fixed.

Air conditioner didn't work

This is a great condo in a wonderful building and location at Steamboat Springs ski resort. We loved it except that the air conditioning didn't work the entire time we were there and it was pretty warm. Property manager did come look at it but was unable to fix it. I booked it especially since it had central air so this was disappointing. Otherwise we had no complaints.

Beautiful Home, Poor Service

The room is wonderful. It’s nicely decorated and feels very cozy. Great location and the Sheraton is fantastic. The unit is managed by an agency, Vacasa, and they were hard to work with. A lot of passing messages along to local staff that went nowhere. I received a link via text that stated check in instructions were inside, but the link was broken. I reached out to their customer support and they replied “what link” and then said someone would reach out the day of arrival to help. Day of arrival, I had to reach out again to the agency. The onsite staff were great and met us with the keys. The fireplace, a big draw for us, was non functional. I reached out right upon arrival to the provided agency number and after some back and forth they said someone local would call shortly. No one called. The next day I reached out again, they said they were putting in a ticket and someone would be in touch. No contact. Third time, same thing. Checking out, still haven’t heard from anyone. We were also really disappointed no one informed us there would be significant construction happening in the units around and above us. Starting at 8am, there was construction directly above us that did not stop until evening.

I’ve been coming to steamboat for 20 plus years. Always enjoyable and this place takes it to the next level in convenience. Will be back.

Convenient for families

We enjoyed staying at this property. We were at the base of the mountain and were able to use all the amenities of the Sheraton. The place was clean and well stocked. We loved the ski locker and the equipment rental on the base floor - so convenient. The restaurants and market on the first floor were good too. We will stay here again if we return to Steamboat.

Steamboat Vacation

The pictures of the hotel room can be a little deceiving but the view from the balcony is gorgeous. Location is only 10 minutes from town.

Perfect location not as smooth CSR

Hi Friends Great location a we loved the entire outfit. The communication was less than desirable. We tried to shift our reservation by one day and asked for 50% refund on the one day -- was met with resistance even though we weren't asking for an exception. WiFi did not work. TV didn't work. NO WD in condo or on premise that we could find. Love steamboat, just might rethink Vacasa next year.

Nice condo, Crazy key pickup

The condo is very nice and in a great location. The Sheraton has great amenities. Everything was clean and well stocked. The key pickup, however, is a deal breaker. Although the listing indicates the address for key pickup, I did not realize it was over a mile away from the property. Rental cars are scarce, as is uber, so I had to take a shuttle from the airport, which dropped me at the hotel. It wasn't until then that I realized how far I had to go to get the keys. I had to walk over a mile in my airport flip-flops and 90 degree heat to get the keys. If I hadn't had a friend with me, I would have had to drag my luggage too. I can't imagine doing this in the winter. So, Although the condo is nice, I would rent somewhere else until they can figure out a better way to get the keys to you. FYI you also have to take the keys back at the end of the trip so that was a scramble on the way to the airport.

Great condo, very comfortable and clean. I love that it has 2 full bathrooms and the gondola is literally out the door. All very good.
