We have stayed in this complex multiple times. The amenities are excellent. This unit has a leather couch that is peeling. The owner showed up at check out and immediately walked in as we were finalizing packing. They were very nice but it was awkward to us. Also, the access code to the shuttle service was not provided even when we asked. The access code allows you to use the free shuttle to get around town, not just the ski shittle loop. Cross Timbers is an excellent condo development

The host was great and very responsive. The property was beautiful and traveled to the slopes via VIP Van Service, also provided by the host, was a piece of cake. They literally parked and waited for us outside the property every 10 minutes. We will definitely return.
