  • Spread out over three levels, this cozy, family-friendly, forest-view condo is located just steps from the slopes for easy access to year-round adventure. Brew up your morning coffee or prepare full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Gather around the dining table for six for meals or family board game nights. And settle in to the living area with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a flatscreen TV. Step out onto your furnished balcony to breathe in some of that fresh mountain air and watch for native birds in the trees. And on-site, guests will enjoy access to shared hot tubs, a clubhouse, and an open picnic are with gas grills.

    Kutuk 309 is located in the Ski Time Square area, conveniently close to the slopes via the ski/walk trail as well as to many of the wonderful shops around the base of the mountain. When it's time to dine out, this condo sits within walking distance of popular local restaurants like T-Bar, Café Diva, and Slopeside Grill. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of some of the area's natural hot springs. Take a trip back in time at the fun and fascinating Tread of Pioneers Museum, just three-and-a-half miles away. And for all-ages, summertime fun, visit Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park, just a little over two miles west.

As always, Steamboat didn’t disappoint. This was a great condo. Clean and comfortable. Great layout. Only drawback for us was stairs to the third floor but probably wouldn’t be so bad if we were coming from basically sea level. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking. It was a tremendous value.

Great location and plenty of room

Our favorite place to stay in Steamboat. Great location close to skiing, good restaurants and shopping. The shuttle service was excellent. The steps were a challenge but great exercise.

Great spot for friends and family to meet and ski in Steamboat. Close to lifts, clean, comfy beds. Hot tubs were terrific after a day of skiing. Plenty of space for us 5 adults to gather. Nice that everyone had their own bathroom. The shuttle into town was very helpful.

very convenient location. easy access to the lifts and the resort. We were able to walk to everyplace we wanted or took the shuttles. Only issue I had was the stairs. 3rd floor unit made for some heavy huffing and puffing for us flat landers. I'd stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

I loved everything about this condo, except for climbing 3 flights of stairs in the thin mountain air of Colorado. The decor was beautiful, and the size of this condo was perfect. It is a split 3 level condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The views from the big living room window were amazing of the ski slopes and view of the mountains toward the city. The gas fireplace was nice to instantly warm the living room. This place is very cozy and relaxing, once the heavy breathing stops 😆. I hope to rent this exact condo again in the future.

Perfect Location and felt like home

Kutuk was a wonderful place. It was located such that we could walk across the street and ski down to the gondola. The staff was friendly and the unit was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. Our only caution would be that we were on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. It’s tough to get luggage and ski equipment up for a family. There are lockers just off of the office where you can store your equipment once you're settled. Thank you!!

Great Steamboat Springs Accomodations

I took my sister and her two teenage kids to Steamboat for a few days during spring break. We all agreed that this was one of the best places we have every stayed at for ski vacation. The location was great, a short walk to the slopes and close to Ski Times Square. The unit was very comfortable and well appointed. The kids liked having the loft with its own bathroom. The kitchen is also nice and had everything you need to make meals in - the only negative is the water pressure from the sink is a little low but it works. Great view from the living area and we all enjoyed the seat next to the fireplace looking out across to the ski mountain. The onsite staff is great and very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the unit is on the third floor so be ready to go up three flights of stairs to get to the unit. Other than that this place is great and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Condo was amazing. Great space and location. Made it very easy to get to the slopes. Only things wrong was cleanliness and broken fire place. They came and fixed both in a timely manner however. Beds were a little hard. Over all great place with lots of kitchen supplies and relaxing family room.

Great Property

Stayed here with our family of four over spring break. Less than a 5 minute walk to the base and T-Bar. Very spacious, could easily accommodate 6 comfortably. Covered parking with ceilings high enough for an SUV with a roof box. We will definitely stay here again!

Steamboat Ski Trip

We enjoyed Kutuk 309 very much. The interior decor was wonderful and very comfortable. Everything was in good working condition and ready for us when we arrived. The unit was very clean as well. The location of the unit is excellent for skiing at Steamboat. The staff on site and at Vacasa were very helpful and courteous. We hope to stay in this unit again some time.

Fun trip

Great location close to the mountain. Comfortable set up for our family. Everything in the apartment was great. We weren’t aware that the laundry wasn’t in the unit. Otherwise everything was great. Max was super friendly and helpful and helped make our stay enjoyable!

Great location for ski vacation

Plenty of space for four adults with entire loft open. Short walk to base of mountain for main lifts. We rented ski storage at base so we didn’t need to walk back with skis and boots. It is on the third floor and there’s no elevator so be prepared to haul bags and luggage up some steps. Overall, a great experience!

Loved everything about this condo! Especially the reading nook by the fireplace! It is within walking distance to the base and easy access to skiing. The condo had everything we needed! Only FYI is it’s on the third floor and as a bunch of Floridians we were out of breath! Great place and a great time!

Condo is well located with walk-out, ski-in access. Management was great throughout our stay. I particularly like the Kutuk resident cat, who serves as a daily greeter!
