Great Location

Overall a great location and great space. If you're staying in summer, a heads up that some of the bedrooms can get hot, but they did provide fans, and its not too bad with the windows open at night. If you're there in winter, the location won't be beat.

Great ski house for group trip

Loved staying here - big living room / dining room space which is perfect for games, fun, cooking, etc. Easy bus to town and to the ski mountain. Comfortable and everyone was super responsive and easy to coordinate with.

Fun Time in Steamboat Townhome

The property was clean, had bathrooms off of each bedroom (which was really nice), the kitchen was well appointed, and the management company was attentive to check-in and any needs we had during our stay. Given it was summer and there was no A/C, it did get a little roasty during the day. That said, we love Steamboat and would go back and stay in this location again.

Repeat customer - great place!

My group of 10 stayed here for the second year for a ski trip and really enjoyed it. Every room has a bathroom which was great for our 4 couples and kids. Made a huge difference. It had all the amenities we could ask for and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Great layout, lots of blankets and pillows and towels. Very clean too. We loved that we could reserve a shuttle to and from the gondola transit center ahead of time with just a quick walk to the bottom of the driveway. The text line for iTrip was super helpful and responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Super fun in Steamboat

e Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. The unit was clean and well prepared/supplied with all the essentials needed for cooking. We particularly liked the shuttle which took us to the mountain and shopping. What a great place for a large party. Thank you.

Beautiful Property with Plenty of Room for All Family Members

We were very impressed with this large townhome with lots of amenities, very clean and updated. Near our favorite places to walk to on the mountain. Great for allowing children to sleep upstairs while the adults could spend time together downstairs.

Steamboat Ski trip

Rabbit Ears Pass Snowmobiling Trip

This place was perfect for our needs! It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy 3 days riding in the mountains of Rabbit Ears Pass. The private hot tub was fantastic after a long day of riding. The kitchen was fully loaded with every utensil needed. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

Clean, comfortable and roomy

The unit was very well stocked for our convenience and nicely organised.. The booking agent was very responsive to all of our requests. They offer a shuttle service that will transport your group to the ski area. Call at least an hour in advance and the shuttle driver will pick you up promptly. The garage was a nice convenience. We enjoyed our stay!
