"This house is very nice. The pool is amazing. There are stores, restaurants and gas stations within minutes of the house. Even with all that close by, we didn’t hear any noise or traffic. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We came down to catch a spring training game in Lakeland and the location was perfect. Not far from the stadium and close by to beaches as well. Communication with the host was great. Any questions I had were answered right away. I liked that the house was dog friendly and our dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard while we were in the pool. Would definitely recommend this house. I would choose this again as well!"

"Ami was an amazing host-SUPER responsive. The property is in a great location-nice quiet area close to everything. HUGE fully fenced in yard. Although we did not have children with us, the home is nicely equipped with crib youth bed, toys, highchair and an awesome doll house. 1st floor master with large bathroom. TONS of storage space. Would highly recommend!"

"Overall great stay. The pool was a bit dirty from landscaping, but they quickly came and fixed it. The floors inside were dirty, as our socks turned black when walking around house. There was also old food in the refrigerator. But would recommend the stay, and will come back here. "

"Everything was great, my family and friends enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well supplied and the hosts were very responsive. I would definitely rent this property again. (Hopefully during a warmer season) lol. Two things that I would recommend is getting new pool table sticks tips all but one was missing. In addition to clearer instructions for heating the pool or spa. The instructions provided were not very clear or should I say user friendly. "

"This rental was a great place and really enjoyed my stay. Did not use the pool due to it being February but would have it was warmer weather. The place was clean and was easy to access. Definitely will look into renting again on my next trip to see my daughters in Tampa."
