Vacation rental is located in one portion of the first floor of a renovated historic grain storage building (part of the historic EACO mill site), so the outer walls are very thick. “First I am normally not a complainer. I have also stayed in many VRBOs. All very positive experiences.I was expecting rustic because this place looked dated. However upon arrival there is an odor in the home that could not clearly be explained. We bought candles to help with the smell. It is supposed to be supplied with enough towels and wash clothes for 13 guests. It is not. They are working on flooring up stairs so one room was subfloor. Not completed. The bedroom closets were filled with……

Just a few minutes from any Necessities you need. The property was private and cozy. Just a heads up if you have Mobility issues the dockwould be kind of hard to access since there's a lot stairs.”
