River’s Bend Subdivision is a private community with Private boat ramp and dock as well as a fish cleaning station/house accessible only to members in the community. It also has a Gazebo overlooking the Steinhatchee River, walking trails/paths through out the entire subdivision (paths are lighted as well for a night time stroll), and a private, gated community pool with pool house.

Enjoy sitting on the large front porch overlooking the pool. Or you can enjoy peaceful mornings while sipping coffee and taking in the beautiful river views from the covered back porch.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and lots of extras to enjoy a home cooked meal whether it be for breakfast or dinner or both. If taking a night off from cooking sounds appealing to you, hop on the 6 seater gas golf cart (available for additional fee) and head in to town for some delicious seafood at any of the amazing local restaurants located just a few miles down the road.

Each bedroom has bed linens provided, as well as extra pillows and blankets for your comfort.

*Bedroom 1 has a set of twin bunk beds as well as a full sized bed and a 50” flat screen Smart TV.

*Bedroom 2 has queen size bed with 50” flat screen Smart TV as well.

*Bedroom 3 (Master) has a king size bed with brand new high end mattress, and 55” flat screen Smart TV. Both Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 have direct access to the covered back porch.

Both full sized bathrooms are stocked with towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for your convenience.

*Bathroom 1 has a beautiful tile shower with tub combo.

*Bathroom 2, located in the Master Bedroom has a large walk in shower with tile from the ceiling to the floor.

In the living room you can enjoy some afternoon entertainment on the 55” flat screen Smart TV.

Also provided is a twin size, 18” high raised air mattress with built-in pump for additional sleeping arrangements
