NEW LISTING! Waterfront 2 BR, 2 BA at River's Edge on Steinhatchee River with a dock and private boat slip with a spectacular VIEW of the river. Beautifully decorated and stocked with all the necessities you could possibly need. There is even a bait freezer in the storage room available for your use! There are 3 smart TV's - in the living room and both bedrooms and there is WiFi available to you as well. Exterior security cameras. The beds are super comfy and there are plenty of towels and beach towels for your use. The condo is also stocked with coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, sweet 'n low, salt, pepper, an assortment of spices, aluminum foil, and many other nice necessities that you won't need to run to the store to grab. Starter paper products and toiletries are also provided. You will absolutely love sitting on the balcony overlooking the Steinhatchee River and watch the fishing boats come in carrying their catch of the day into Sea Hag Marina - right across the river. If you don't bring a boat, but want to rent one or charter a fishing trip, you can do that at Sea Hag Marina. They have a whole fleet of rental boats and many charter captains, but be sure to book in advance. If you do bring your own boat, you have a private slip available to you that is 40' long and can accommodate a boat 10' wide. There is a fish cleaning table on the dock and also a private gazebo for the use of River's Edge Condo owners and guests. Take a dip in the pool after a day enjoying everything that Steinhatchee has to offer (fishing, boating, scalloping or just chillin'). You can bring your four legged friend (limit 2 dogs with a pet fee of $75 each doggie- but no cats allowed). The condo is pet friendly, but please use the dogdoo bags that are provided in the laundry room to clean up after your pet. This is a NO SMOKING condo, not even on the balcony. We absolutely love the Old Florida vibe and the friendly people in Steinhatchee, and we hope you enjoy your stay at our special slice of paradise, Steinhatchee Serenity.

Perfect fishing get away! Well equipped kitchen, great location, comfortable furniture, wonderful balcony overlooking the river, handy fish cleaning station on a great dock, and terrific boat slip! Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Have stayed multiple times at this location, the unit is always clean and the owners are very responsive to any issues however minor. Excellent location for fishing & boating with the assigned boat slip.

Perfect scalloping location

My family and friends stayed for a weekend Scalloping trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and all we could hope for. The assigned dock meant we never had to hurry to get a spot for our boat. The owner was easy to reach for our check in and extremely attentive. This place is on top of the list for where we want to stay when we plan our next trip!

Scalloping getaway

Everything was perfect for our first time taking an adventure using vrbo and going somewhere unknown. The residence was very welcoming and clean and convenient to everything. We fished, rode bikes and ate out. Was not disappointed at all in the entire trip.

Barbara's property is great and exactly as advertised. She is easy and quick to communicate with. The freezer in storage unit and boat slip are definitely perks for scallopers! Already booked again for next year!!

Our 2023 Scallop Trip

Beautiful unit with all the amenities you could ask for! Really enjoyed the pool after being out in the Gulf all day. We’ve been coming to Steinhatchee for many years and have stayed everywhere. This was by far the nicest! We’ll be back!

Scallops Galore

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was very clean, had everything we needed to have fun, cook great meals, and stay cool after a day of boating. The convenience of having the storage closet downstairs with a freezer was great. The boat ramp and dock were easy to access. We enjoyed many other nice people staying in the building during our afternoons/evenings at the pool. Great place to stay with easy access to the gulf!

Wonderful Trip!

We had a great weekend staying in the condo. The location is on the other side of the river but still within walking distance to a great restaurant and bar. The luxury of the pool was nice, along with having a boat slip. The boat ramp is within walking distance as well, and there is a parking lot for your boat trailer across the street from the condo. The owners are very nice and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Can't wait to come back! Always love trips to the Hatch!

The Best Location!!

We have stayed many times in Steinhatchee with our boat. This year we decided to stay at a place with a boat dock and of course our 2 dogs always comes with us. The balcony was my favorite place to stay and watch all the boats. It was directly across the Seahag! We had everything we needed and even a storage unit for our rods and floating devices. We will definitely rebook with the same owners! Can’t wait till next year! 2B here we come💕

Very Pleased

We were very pleased with our stay. Communication with property manager was good, check in easy. Condo very clean. Hard floors throughout, so some rugs that could have used some updating. Very quiet property well maintained. Well equipped. Pool very nice. Only "complaint" is that elevator is a little slow.....but it was good for us to use the stairs, unless we were hauling stuff. The storage area was very convenient. Beautiful view.
