"This hotel is fine. Next to the slopes . A few steps to get up to the lift . Livigno is good, plenty of scope for skiing . We did half board , but wouldn’t next time . The resort is much cheaper than France. So eating out was cheap . The food in the hotel was fine … but not really to our taste . We parked underground at the hotel . Room was basic , …but fine . We had a good break "

"I was presently surprised by how lovely this hotel was. The breakfast exceeded expectations as I have been to many 5 stars without the breakfast this hotel offers. The room was very big and overlooked the beautiful scenery. We used the spa facilities which were nice I would say they were just a little small, they could also use a pool or jacuzzi. The steam room had a bit of a smell of mould though."

"Reasonable pricing. Restaurant was closed but pizzeria was open. Old building and the sound travels from the halls and occupants nearest to you. Views are beautiful though so that made up for the noise. We did a big drive so still slept well. Staff are lovely and helpful "

"Perfect location right in the heart of the activity. Lots of shops and restaurants at your finger tips. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. Free parking...slightly off site but near by, just park and take your bags in first and then park otherwise a bit of a hike. "The property is less convenient than most because it is the last group of houses away from town center. The bathroom was super small. Hard to sit on toilet straight and hard to shower in such a small space. The rooms are outdated for the price. I accidentally booked a double room for only one person but needed a room for me and the wife. the manager was very nice and got us into a room. "

"Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four.
