「It was dirty. Towels, sheets stained. Smelled awful in the rooms. Bathrooms very dirty mold on the shower curtain. The shower drain was clogged. Outside was not clean at all. Garbage out in front of the rooms. Didn't even end up sleeping there as it was so gross.. do not recommend!!」

「I was hesitant to book this hotel at first but I read the other reviews first and gave it a shot. 10/10 would stay here again. The guy at the front desk was super nice, kind and helpful. My partners and I’s room were very comfortable, affordable, spacious and the walls weren’t thin like most hotels. We couldn’t hear the other guests next door at all, the rooms were very well kept and the AC unit worked great. The water worked great, the water pressure was amazing. The sink did take a few seconds...

「Seemed to be new construction. But had a bug issue. No toiletries at all . And definitely In need of new Pillows. No staff. As there is no front desk. Every thing is done remote.」

「No idea who give them 4* The hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but my experience was far from that standard. Housekeeping was poor, the dishes was extremely dirty, most restaurants were either closed or only open until 7:30 PM, and the elevators were old and extremely slow. If this hotel were honestly rated as a 2-star property, I would gladly give it 5 stars for meeting expectations. But when you promise 4-star quality and fail to deliver, the rating has to reflect that.」

「My room was right next to the highway which impacted my sleep. This room was very very small, but I was allowed to bring my Labrador along. You cannot leave the dog in the room, so that is a bit disruptive if you want to go out for dinner. The locks on the doors are as old as the facility and tricky to learn how to use. I locked myself out once. The staff was great and came to let me in, but scolded me for leaving the dog in the room alone when I only went to my vehicle to get something. ...
