"Almost everything was fine. The staff that we interacted with were very nice. The problems were, only one of the two elevators worked, so sometimes there was a more than expected wait. The other thing was no ice. When we came in there was one of four ice machines that worked. After the first night it quit as well. Not acceptable. "

"The toilet paper holder was broken, the guard rail inside the shower was broken. The occupants in the room right next to me were extremely loud and obnoxious. They yelled and screamed all night long resulting in VERY little sleep. This stay was reserved the night before a funeral and I was not able to sleep or rest after a 3 hour drive TO Stephenville. I was not happy with this stay. "

"Very comfortable! Very quiet! Friendly staff! Spacious rooms but could use another chair. There was plenty of room for an extra chair or even a love seat. Beds were comfy. Nice shower with good pressure. Breakfast was really good; biscuits, sausage, real scrambled eggs, waffles and toast, cereal, yogurt machine with different toppings, juice and hot coffee. Would stay here again! "

"The hotel was very nice and quiet in spite of so many guests. Also, I forgot my prized pillow and the staff were so kind to find it and ship it to me within 48 hours. My neck and back thank you!"
