「We came to Peurto Rico to celebrate my 60th birthday. This location was absolutely wonderful. We felt pampered the minute we walked in. The outside of the building does not represent this beautiful little apartment inside. It was decorated so cute with charming little touches here and there. It was so clean and everything we needed was there. There was even beach equipment in the closet. The beach is a little bit of a walk around some buildings. We found it easier to load up the beach things...

「We loved the apartment as it contained everything that we needed for our ten day stay. For the first week we did not have a car but found lots to explore on foot. We walked down to the artisan’s market on Thursday night and had dinner in town. We felt perfectly safe walking home after dark. Grocery stores, fruit stands and other food vendors were convenient. We loved the beach and walked Dow down to watch the sunset every night. Thanks Alex for your great attention.」

「The gated property is well maintained with a nice pool in back, dedicated parking, and is right across the street from a very nice public beach. It is a short walk to the center of town and a short drive to many other things to do and see. Management was very responsive and helpful. The queen bed in the main bedroom was very comfy. The closets are full of beach things. The bunk beds are comfy and good for kids. The balcony is roomy and there is a washer/dryer too.」

「Problems: no hot water at first, no TV ever, no key for easy access to beach, bathrooms need repairs. Another problem was we did not get our first condo; we had it & it was subsequently given to another person.」
