“Nice place, good amenities.”

“The location was great and close to the Fillmore. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The room itself has a strange layout with a narrow common space. The couch only seats 2 and there is no other furniture in the living room. There was not enough pillows/towels for us. There were no spare linens and no kitchen towels or paper towels. There were instructions to wash the dishes but no cleaner. The walls and counter were covered in a brick pattern with what appeared to be contact paper……

“The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. ”

“Wonderful stay in September. Enjoyed the privacy and hot tub. The added touches of books and puzzles, as well as a welcome bottle of wine were especially appreciated. Can't wait to stay again!”

“Great location, right by bus stops that can get you downtown. Local shops/bars/restaurants only a short walk away. Fantastic hosts! ”

“We totally enjoyed Patricia's place. It was clean and sunny and perfect for my family's Christmas vacation.”

“The heat was set to 54 when we arrived. Took until the next morning to feel warm inside. When the outside temp dropped on Thursday night, the back bedroom was very cold, even with the heat on. Water in the shower after the hot water was restored (we discovered we had no hot water the first morning) was luke warm as well as shifting back to breathtakingly cold. Upstairs bathroom shower drips constantly. Toilet in the same bathroom sometimes takes hours to refill to be able to flush again. What……

“We stayed here while attending a family event. I had no idea such a peaceful spot existed in this busy area! Katy was so helpful-even heating up the hot tub so it woud be lovely when we returned from dinner. The listing and directions was spot on. It was really helpful to know that the 2nd time is the charm in putting in the door code! We will definately stay there again.”

“Beautiful property. As listed the hot tub was ready for use! Beautiful dogs, Zeus was especially friendly. Great for a quick trip out, the kitchen is more of a functional use only. Plan to have items for reheat in a microwave. Mini fridge available. Not too far from the sugarloaf winery and there's a great inn/restaurant about a mile away. The host was so friendly and a pleasure to work with. I plan on returning for a future visit.”
