“I booked this property months before I arrived, corresponded with the host several times prior to my arrival. Upon the check-in date, I unloaded my groceries and dry goods into the kitchen then went off to meet my friends. One hour after moving in, I was told by the host that she made a mistake and I could not have the place for the four day weekend I booked. Although she was willing to find a hotel for some of my party for the night, the host moved all my stuff out and left me to figure out……

Everything is modern, clean, and very accommodating. The local wineries are nearby, along with only being a short drive from Canandaigua. Kelly is a fantastic host, checking in and offering advice, along with leaving thoughtful treats for us. If you’re looking to have an amazing experience with lots to do, look no further!”

“Beautiful location, beautiful scenery. Booked primarily for the central air, but it was not working. Central air was set at 65 and it was reading between 72 and 75 the entire time. Reached out to the host and was told someone would be out soon to fix it, we were there four days and no one ever came to fix the AC unit. Had to purchase fans for the upstairs due to the extreme heat. Was told we would get reimbursed for the fans, and that never happened. Was told we would get a discount for our……

“We were so happy with our stay at the cottage. Our favorite part was cozying up by the indoor fireplace after enjoying time on the deck with friends. The location is so quiet and secluded, however not too far away from restaurants and wineries. Danielle is very responsive to messages and makes sure you have all the information you need before your stay! The cottage is well stocked and very homey. Would definitely stay again.”

“Charming little cabin with lots of thoughtful touches. Only 7 minutes from Bristol Mountain, so very convenient for skiing, hiking, about 20-25 minutes into Canandaigua. Nice lake view and quiet area. My kids said it was “perfect” and loved playing the games. Decor so pretty and cozy. There was an issue with the hot water, but Melissa responded immediately and we were able to sort it out with minor impact to our stay. Would definitely go there again. ”
