“The description doesn't adequately describe this unique property. On a warm summer day, you can play basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, pool, plus bike and BBQ while enjoying the park-like yard. This place is a real gem. Loved it. I've rented dozens of short-term rentals for work retreats. The King Cooper Mountain Mansion was among the top 3 ever. The house is immaculate. So much effort must have gone into restoration of this mansion.”
