“If you enjoy a fabulous view, spotless room which is very atmospheric, A wonderful home-made breakfast provided by Susanna in a delightful dilapidated little village. This one is for you! A unique experience. Thank you. ☺️”

“Ci hanno dato un appartamento intero dotato di tutto ciò che poteva far comodo. Siamo stati veramente bene.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, tidy and updated, with a large bathroom and shower. The staff was very helpful over WhatsApp to make check-in and parking clear and easy to understand. The app used for unlocking the doors worked great. The breakfast included is simple, but perfectly adequate. We were in L’Aquila mostly to hike, so a grabbing a quick coffee and snack before heading out was perfect. Important to note that the property technically doesn’t include its own……

“Hotel 99 Cannelle is a gem. From the lobby, to the rooms and to the breakfast room, the interior is a work of art. Breakfast is fantastic and filling, the staff is welcoming and super-super nice. A special thank you to Serena for making our stay at Hotel 99 one that we will fondly remember.”

“I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room. I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired……

“The hotel was very good, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend!!”

“Camera estremamente grande e spaziosa. Pulizia impeccabile. Rifiniture deliziose. Personale molto accorto. ”

“Charming little hotel with amazing views of the mountains and a wonderful breakfast overlooking the valley.”

“Beautiful hotel in the very centre of L'Aquila. Really friendly staff and a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Walking distance to everything. Parking available right outside. Would definitely stay again.”

“Everything was wonderful. I loved the location and the property. Francesco was great!”

“Camera pulita, moderna e molto comoda completa di frigo. Molto utile la macchinetta all'interno. Sicuramente la prenderemo nuovamente in considerazione.”

“Ottima struttura Servizi ok La signora Roberta ottima disponibilità super servizio”

“Based on previous reviews, we must have been unlucky. We booked the hotel for a day trip to Gran Sasso, and we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, a nice outdoor area, and a restaurant. We were therefore very disappointed to find the outdoor areas messy following a party or wedding. The pool wasn't really a pool, but more like a pond—and on top of that, it was full of insects and grass. As the lady at reception said, it’s not a swimming pool but more like a pond... This should have been clearly……

“Staff were really nice and helpful. The outside looks old and so does the entrance, however, the rooms are modern and extremely clean. There’s nothing missing! I would definitely come back! Danilo was helpful and welcoming and all the staff were friendly and work hard. Italian Breakfast was amazing !!!!”
