“The staff pleasant and helpful. The room on 2nd floor was nice. Good microwave and fridge. My wife and I liked the king size bed. I had the breakfast one morning and liked it. The floor in the hall on the 2nd floor was pretty dirty and had areas it was unlevel.”

“We ended up staying last minute after our other reservation turned out poorly. The evening desk reception woman was very welcoming and we were able to get the suite we wanted. Loved that breakfast was till 10 am on Sat and Sunday. Also, a 12pm check out was wonderful so we didnt feel rushed in the morning. ”

“I stayed 1 night. Nice pillows & beds. Bathroom wasn't top-tier condition, but everything worked & the water was hot. Lady called me the morning before I stayed there to say she'd be away from the office by the time I get to the room, but she told me where to find the key. Quiet location, good place cheapest in the area (that still has good Google reviews). I'm totally making this my regular stop for my visits to the area! :)”

“While under construction on the outside, it was quiet until most people were up. Overall, it was quiet at the hotel even with many customers. Food was prepared for breakfast with staff availability during the breakfast hour.”

“This is the best hotel I have ever been in. It still looks new and has everything I need. Not to mention, the staff was extremely friendly and catered to all My needs. I booked the hotel to attend the polar express train ride but I would come back just to stay at this hotel. Absolutely wonderful. 10/10 man.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Soon as you walk in, we meant the sweetest people at the front desk two lovely ladies we talked about dogs and our family. They were so sweet. The lady that made the breakfast was amazing. She was so sweet as well. We are from Pennsylvania and this is going to be our go to hotel every year going forward when we are heading to Chicago for our Cubs baseball games. This place was so clean so comfortable. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. If I could……
