The staff pleasant and helpful. The room on 2nd floor was nice. Good microwave and fridge. My wife and I liked the king size bed. I had the breakfast one morning and liked it. The floor in the hall on the 2nd floor was pretty dirty and had areas it was unlevel.

We had a wonderful experience for our 3 night stay. Staff was great! Renee was super sweet. Housekeeping staff were kind and helpful as well. The breakfast menu could use some alternating- for those that stay multiple nights, however everything was edible and area stayed clean and for the most part stocked. The pool area was clean but was not heated. No hot tub available. Nice location for anything in Canton to Berlin. Will be staying there again!

Best Western - Midvale

The Best Western Dutch Valley must have had a very recent renovation as the room looked new and very nicely done. The room and the air conditioning, on a very hot day, beat all my expectations!

Good value for the immediate are.

Nice overnight during longer road trip. Hotel is convenient near the interstate and lots of food & services. Room was very clean & comfortable. Overall the furniture and fixtures are quite worn & tired. Desk chair leaned sideways enough to be scary, tub drained very sloooowly, such that I was nearly ankle deep near the end of my shower. Breakfast was fair and similar to most hotels. Price was way better than other hotels nearby.
