“Excellent as always. Pete is a great welcoming host, always on the end of the phone or on the premises ready to help. Cleaning staff asking if I needed anything (i stayed in a private double). I am a regular (for long extended stays) to this great value place, clean and warm, near to where i need to be and there are 5 convenience stores within 500yds, 1 being 10yds away - just next door, a sandwich and a drink if needed. 5 miles to Media city, Salford and 5 miles to Manchester city centre……

We ended up paying £28 because it wasn’t explained to us that it was free after a certain time. Should have cost us £8. Private parking company so nothing reception could do.”
