“Our stay was ok. However the mattress in our room, the springs were gone which caused me to be quite uncomfortable throughout our stay and caused me to have pain in my hips. We then also didn't have a plug for our bath and were given a spare one that then also didn't fit the bath. “It's not clear that the kitchen is shared, in the advertising. A kettle in the room would be a basic improvement, instead of a journey downstairs. Bathrooms need an upgrade. Soap dispensers are broken, for example. However, staff were helpful and it was surprisingly quiet, despite the house being on the ring road. The location was OK for a 15 min walk to food ETC”

“Oddly unwelcoming guest, mocked me for using Expedia upon entry to the property. Laughed about me essentially getting scammed for using Expedia and instructed me that I wouldn't be having breakfast instead of offering it to me. Tiny bathroom with a tiny shower. Instructed that you are forbidden from bringing food in to your room. Upstairs room had TV on full volume until 3am (it has been possible to restrict certain volume levels on TVs for over 20 years to prevent this issue). Poor parking at……
