「Great location and the apartment was well equipped. The only downside was that the elevator was not working so climbing the stairs all the way up to the apartment was a workout especially with luggage. Their teams assistance with carrying up the suitcases was greatly appreciated!!!」

「Luxury apartment with 24 hours reception and house keeping. Only 5 minutes walk to underground station and Hyde Park. Adjacent to the museums. My room is on M/F which does not have any view, but is still bright and vey quiet. There are washing machine with drying function and dish washer. However, it will be nice if the tea bags can be refilled and body wash can be provided.」

「Very welcoming apartment, warm and thank you for the opportunity.
Apart from a stained mattress cover near the feet and burnt iron spot in bedroom on carpet.
A Hot water signage to be stuck next to taps, water too hot.
All went well, a very comfy home.

「La chambre était impeccable. Grande chambre et petite cuisine très pratique. Assez tranquille. Le seul problème est que j'étais située en face de l'emplacement pour remiser les bagages et s'était quelque fois bruyant. J'ai bien aimé qu'on pouvais mettre nos poubelles et recyclage dans des bacs a l'entrée. Metro Earls Court a 5-7 minutes de marche et en bonus un méga Tesco a moins de 5 minutes de marche.」
