「3 families stayed at this property for a baseball tournament. The property was very clean. Mark was great with communicating with us. We had one issue with the property description not being accurate as far as how many beds were available. I contacted Mark, he offered a few solutions and corrected the description on VRBO for the future. I would recommend this property.」

「Quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, airport and downtown Cedar Rapids. Especially enjoyed the tree-shaded patio on the side of the home.」

「We chose to stay here for a baseball tournament since Marion does not have many hotel choices. It was close to the fields and when our schedule changed the host was able to help us change dates. We will definitely be back. 」

「Upon entry to the house the first time, the house was very well kept. The owner has thought about what renters may need or may have forgotten at their house. The owner answered questions in a timely manor and was very helpful with any question. All in all it was a very nice place to stay for our visit with family in the area. Highly recommended if you need a place to stay.」

「Had to book another because there were not only communication issues with property management, but payment issues on their end. I cancelled the booking, but it still was showing I was staying when I was not. So can't say how it really is」
