“Property lioks amazing, customer service is non existent. Not given what was booked. Customer service representative was sarcastic and rude. Spoke with manager, assured it would be taking care of and moved to correct accommodations as soon aa they became available. "A while black was hit with maintainance issues." The smaller cabins we were given had dirty laundry all throughout and 3 bags of laundry on front porch. The unit smelled like burning electrical components when the AC unit was turned……

“Condo was dirty and needs maintenance. The kitchen fluorescent light had so many bugs on the plastic I had to remove the plastic and clean it. Missing trim in kitchen, door hardware missing causing doors to not stay shut, extremely dusty, fireplace didn’t work, not working light bulbs, stains on tubs, missing pieces on dish washer, dishes and silverware were dirty. Some paper work said enjoy the treats we left, but didn’t leave any treats lol ”

“We loved the house and location would definitely stay there again. ”

“The shower needed a light replaced. The shower drain needs cleaning out. Water did not drain quickly. ”

“It was nice and enjoyable overall but needed more thorough cleaning. The king size bed was too large for the space but was comfortable to sleep in.”

“WE enjoyed having the 3 bedroom house as well as a cabin to accommodate all of us. The kids had a great time in the swimming pool, as well as corn hole. We also enjoyed the option of eating in or out on the picnic tables. We all appreciated how quiet it was at night.”
