“We found old candy wrappings shoved in shelves. Basically seemed like the rooms were swapped and beds made. We have a 1 night stay. To walk in to sleep after driving 3 and half hours and see a dusty fridge and wrappers all over made us upset. Would not recommend.”

“The room was clean. That’s important.
All the furniture and bathroom was very outdated. The door to the room still uses a key and twist and turn door handle lock. No safety chain lock. The outside is not kept neat.
I would not stay there again.”

“For the amount of money that they charge for, that place was horrible!
Outdated, bathroom sink was broken, no one at the front desk, no window shades just a see through blinds. They only positive was that it’s very close to the boardwalk”

“Front desk & cleaning staff were nice when they were around. You can tell there’s effort to maintain the place & its clean but it’s aging. I felt safe. It was as quiet as can be expected. The pool was very clean & nice. If you’re looking for a 5 star this isn’t it but it’s definitely a place I would stay again.”

“Everything was as expected/shown. Our house and all of the grounds were kept in impeccable shape. It really felt like being in a resort instead of the beach. Highly recommend. My friend who joined me already booked a house for next year. The bikes were a great extra.
The pool was lovely although I feel it would be way too small if all houses were full and guest all wanted to swim. Luckily for us, most people wanted to sit by the pool but not actually swim.
The barn doors as the bathroom……
