“Monique at the front desk is a dream. My mom and I did a mother/daughter trip and it was wonderful. Beautiful room and bath and the restaurant and bars were great. Perfect location right in town”

“The room was clean. That’s important. All the furniture and bathroom was very outdated. The door to the room still uses a key and twist and turn door handle lock. No safety chain lock. The outside is not kept neat. I would not stay there again.”

“For the amount of money that they charge for, that place was horrible! Outdated, bathroom sink was broken, no one at the front desk, no window shades just a see through blinds. They only positive was that it’s very close to the boardwalk”

“We found old candy wrappings shoved in shelves. Basically seemed like the rooms were swapped and beds made. We have a 1 night stay. To walk in to sleep after driving 3 and half hours and see a dusty fridge and wrappers all over made us upset. Would not recommend.”

“The place was very dirty. There were crack heads roaming around outside making a lot of noise. No on was doing anything about it. I would not recommend this place. We didnt stay. We left after being there maybe 1 hour.”

“This hotel is not great, no matter the deal. We had numerous problems from broken lamps, a shower that didn’t drain, a stolen phone cord huge crack in bathroom sink… Dust literally on walls, damaged curtains that wouldn’t close…horrible. We will NEVER return!”

“Everything was as expected/shown. Our house and all of the grounds were kept in impeccable shape. It really felt like being in a resort instead of the beach. Highly recommend. My friend who joined me already booked a house for next year. The bikes were a great extra. The pool was lovely although I feel it would be way too small if all houses were full and guest all wanted to swim. Luckily for us, most people wanted to sit by the pool but not actually swim. The barn doors as the bathroom……

“There was paint chips all over the floor on the border of the room, some on our beds from the ceiling. Our bathmat was folded and hanging on the side of the tub, it was drenched. Our biggest concern was our door to our room. The doors are old-school lock and key. We got back to the hotel the first night around midnight and could not get into our room. We fought with the door for 15 minutes before going to the front desk. When I went to the front desk, the lady followed me upstairs. The whole……

“Front desk & cleaning staff were nice when they were around. You can tell there’s effort to maintain the place & its clean but it’s aging. I felt safe. It was as quiet as can be expected. The pool was very clean & nice. If you’re looking for a 5 star this isn’t it but it’s definitely a place I would stay again.”
