“Was in town for my son's graduation with my 80 year old father with mobility issues. I reserved and ADA room and there ended up being some maintenance that needed to be done before we arrived. Wendy at Jackson Park Inn reached out to me proactively before we arrived and worked and corresponded with me several times to make sure they had a solution that worked for his mobility issues. I was very grateful for her. The staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!”

“The hotel was conveniently located close to the highway, and it was surprisingly quiet given that location due to the many semi trucks on that stretch of the road. We did stay on a Sunday night so that may have had something to do with the lack of noise. The breakfast was very adequate. The room was very clean. The only issue was that our shower leaked due to the door track not being securely bolted down which caused the water to run under the door. We did mention this to the front desk……

“Breakfast was boring eggs were more water than eggs. Employees harrassed me about my height, room AC never cooled down and wasnt even that hot outside but wanted a cool room. Have had a better stay in a more ghetto neighborhood than this. Dont know why it's called comfort in.”

“Breakfast was average hotel fare. Cleanliness was very good and staff were prompt and friendly. Fairly pricey for the amenities/location. FYI... no beer in the pantry but there is a gas station right at the bottom of the hill.”

“Very nice hotel, clean room, good bed. Pool was clean and nice temp, hot tub was great and I needed it. Breakfast is a limited affair, no eggs or waffles, just cereal and muffins and bagels. Easy access from highway and good restaurants nearby. Easy check in.”

“Lights in parking lot so bright and shin in the room at night even with shades pulled. Room 101 smelled like fresh varnish or polyurethane. ”

“Pool closed, restaurant supposedly being remodeled. Owners are new, very nice but appear overwhelmed. I had 3 rooms for our family while traveling. One bed was still dirty but made, floors not clean, electrical outlets with no covers, one toilet repeatedly clogging. I can saw that the breakfast was very nice. ”

“We arrived late and the staff was very nice and friendly. We found our room and parked in front of it. We are 2 women traveling. There was an unsettling moment with a car that rolled by very slowly and stared down my daughter. They ended up in the room next to us. My daughter was very nervous. The security guard that is mounted to the door jam was half falling off. I tried to turn the deadbolt several times but it didn't line up. Not a safe place for women to stay. If I had one good thing to……

“I wouldn’t pay $200 to stay here again. This is not a typical holiday inn quality. ”
