“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”

“The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come……

“It was standard. Pool was out of order ”

“It’s awful, sneaky policy to institute a $10/night parking fee and not forewarn us. I reserved and paid in full 6 weeks ago for Free parking!!!! Never received free bottles of water upon checkin No cups in the room Breakfast was very mediocre for a hotel that is attempting to be posh. I had an omelet, bacon, fresh fruit at a IHG Hilton a few days earlier. No bagels left and no more knives at Friday breakfast. No towels at the pool.”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

“The staff were very welcoming when we arrived. They were friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job maintaining our room. The grounds felt very tropical and also well managed (no litter). Our beach view was wonderful. HH Prime restaurant on the property was very good especially the breakfast buffet. The hostess in the morning is a gem. She has a wonderful personality. The servers are great as well. The evening staff at the restaurant……

“Right on beach, steam room and sauna not available after 5, high class entrance inch neighborhood, bar open late, room service everyday, beach chairs and umbrellas for you, you have to pay to park and for resort fee $61 night.”
