"We had a lovely stay. The cottage is charming and perfectly appointed. It is comfortable and full of amenities. We wanted a place that was located in a beautiful setting so that we can relax, but close enough to enjoy the attractions of Lake George and beyond and this location fit the bill. Tom was very gracious and responsive. He made sure everything was perfect for our trip. Would love to come back!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The property was lovely. It was well kept, clean and organized. It felt peaceful. The only thing I would suggest is to add to the listing that though pets are welcome they aren't allowed to be left unattended in the cabin. This is certainly understandable since some people don't train their pets. However, not being able to do so limited what we could do on a few days. Also listing a puppy day care in the welcome binder as an option for days renters would like to venture...

"This was a 5-day, large family, vacation. There were a few minor issues, but nothing we couldn't overcome. We absolutely loved the location. There were a couple of days that we didn't even leave the property. The mosquitos were horribly, horribly bad! We went through a lot of insect spray and tiki torch fuel, but we were prepared for them. Thanks, Lisa"

"Cabin was extremely clean. Had everything you would want at your fingertips. Loved the compact kitchen with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom shower had good water pressure & plenty of hot water. Cabin bed was very comfortable & plenty of blankets. Only small disappointment the kindling wood to use in the firepit was too wet to start a fire. Maybe an outside box to cover the wood to keep it dry would help."

"Directly on the lake, you can walk out onto your own private peninsula, fish (I caught two bass in ten minutes), or just enjoy the lounge chairs or couples swing while gazing at the pristine lake or soaking up the fire we made in the brand new fire pit. "Very cute cozy and comfortable spot! Close to Lane George but also secluded enough to enjoy! We stayed for Columbus day weekend and it was definitely the end of the season. The pool area looked fun and welcoming but was closed already (which is ok it was too cold anyways). We were one of few people on the property and felt like it was very dark and not maintained but with our flashlights we were fine. The cabin was clean comfy and cozy we popped the breaker a few times turning heaters on but...
