「I recently had the pleasure of staying at this motel, and I must say, my first impression was a mixed bag. The exterior initially gave me pause, but that concern was quickly alleviated upon meeting the host, who was warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. The other guests I encountered were also friendly and courteous. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with the exception of the shower/tub area, which didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness but very hot...

「The only problem was the other tenants. They were very loud before 6am. Other than that it was a nice stay」

「The room was very nice. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. When I first got there (about 7 pm) there was no one at the front desk. I had to scout around for someone. After about 5 minutes of calling, "helloooo" a person showed up.」

「We had a wonderful experience. The view from the beach was beautiful. Sunrises were spectacular. We found the room very clean and comfortable. Overall the motel, staff and location were perfect for us. We found the little kitchen convenient, the beds comfy and the location close to Saratoga Springs and Lake George. We were visiting family and for sure we will be back to Motel Luzerne in the future. 」

「 The staff was helpful, the location was great for what our travel needs were. Had to different reservations with two different rooms all were clean and comfortable. The pool was great. Would of liked to see a little more choices on the breakfast buffet but over all it was good. Would recommend staying at this hotel and I would rebook if I were staying in the area again. 」
